The report, as filed
On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at approximately 9:30pm, my partner and I were outside enjoying a fire in our fire pit when I noticed very strange lights out of the corner of my eye. We both then looked up and saw a row of lights floating through the sky. There were many small lights moving together, all a part of one object silently moving through the sky. The lights were not in an even pattern and were steady as it moved through the sky. My partner and I ran to the front of the house to continue watching it as it moved. It passed over the nearby hill and disappeared into the darkness, as if designed to easily blend in at night. My camera on my phone was not strong enough to pick up the lights, but my partner’s phone was. The image does not show the details of all of the little lights as it looks like a more solid ray of light, but the image does show that there may have been more there than what was visible to the eye. In the photo, you can see a difference in the coloring above the lights, as if coming up to a point. This leads me to believe that the lights were along the edge of the object, flat underneath, and domed to a point on the top.

I suddenly saw a train looking object with two rows of light in sky for 3 seconds in sky. I took a video and my brother in law tool a photo but 6 other people saw it too. I did see the pictures for starlink satellite and was nowhere close to that. NUFORC: Starlink

Background of ((name deleted)): Over 5000 flight hours. Currently a captain with ((company name deleted)). Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle. Narrative from ((witness name deleted)): Sitting in my hot tub and observed a bright white object go from southwest to northeast. It was traveling at a high speed estimated to be about 5 times faster than a normal jet at cruise and/or 6 times faster than the international space station seen from Earth. The object was at about 10,000 feet and there was cloud coverage with a thin broken ceiling in the background. The object did not appear to show any navigational lights or strobes, apparent on most aircraft. It was also a bright white steady light compared to the more yellowish tint of aircraft. My fiancée also saw the object and noticed it a few seconds before me. She said it was traveling due east and then changed directions to go northeast. She is a flight attendant and originally thought it was a commercial aircraft. About 5 minutes after the object disappeared a commercial aircraft flew overhead and my fiancee was able to notice the difference between what we saw and the commercial aircraft. I Woke up at 3:53 am and went outside on the deck to look at the beautiful stars because it was a crisp and clear night. A movement caught my eye and I turned to see a very large triangle aircraft, appearing over the roof of my home that was behind me and into my view. From the direction of E to W. It silently moving accross the sky just above my head. The craft was not very high, and was moving at a steady rate until it went into the horizon and then I could not see it anymore. It flew much lower than the small airplanes that sometimes fly over, and many times lower than the larger commercial airplanes. However, it could be deceptive becuase of the size. Each corner had one white light, that was not flashing or changing colors and stable. The craft had to have been black/dark and blended in with the sky except for the lights. It was not a box shaped triangle,(with square and flat sides) but it seemed to have ends around the body that narrowed d! own, like something that would be aerodynamic. Not pointing down, but narrowed at the ends. I also found it interesting that the speed did not change, but because of distance and physics, it could have been flying faster than I would think. I am thinking of when we watch small planes, they are going fast, but it seems slow and we can watch them fly across the sky for a while. It did not move fast like a flash or anything as if a car was going fast at our level. I hope that I am making sense. I say this because that it only took 10-15 seconds to disappear into the horizon. I was surprised at how quiet it was, like it was just floating on the air type quiet. The 'miraged craft' reminded me of when I was working at a photojournalist in Israel, there was bombing over Bethlehem at night, so I woke up and went to a hill to see where the bombing was. I heard an helicopter hovering above me and I looked up and could not see the craft, but I could hear it and the location could be seen because it was blocking the stars. It was not a UFO but a new military camafloge helicopter.
