I have been reading all things ufo for years. I have seen things a few times but never really was sure it couldn’t be explained away. Until a few days ago! Im in true shock as I try to type now. A few nights ago my husband and I were driving and I at first thought it was a huge light on a pole but then I saw lights go on around the object it rose up and blinked out. I clearly saw a saucer with lights one by one in quick order showing its shape and size before rising quickly to blink out. I was almost scared to finally witness a true ufo as I always asked for clear proof. I was asking my husband he had to have seen what I did and telling him I finally know and I remember irritation because he kept saying he wasn’t sure what he saw but it was so close and clear there was no way to have confusion. Then im feeling overwhelming excitement and feeling to we both somehow dropped it completely. I was surging with emotions and instantly completely calm somehow. It left us both and we had no memory whatsoever. Tonight we were in the car at night don’t recall our conversation or my thoughts but it hit me out of no where what we saw the other night. He barely remembers it but recalls parts. I had to question it a dream like im crazy but I know it happened. We witnessed something real and it left our minds mind conversation. I have read of people claiming this and I now lived through this. I would never let this go it’s not like me at all. What happened to us? Is this worth sharing? We experienced something strange and I understand others whom claimed they dropped the subject quickly more than anyone might. We lost our memories I feel like I have something worth hearing. I have never experienced memory loss especially happening with my adrenaline racing while taking to completely nothing and calmness. I wasn’t supposed to remeber and im grateful I was with someone to corroborate something so hard to believe. At least can someone reply so I know it was read and if possible share any thoughts or information to help me not feel so taken advantage of… can’t think of the right word to describe an invasion of memory like this. On 1 OCT 22 at 19:45 I just finished cleaning and organizing my workshop in my garage. As I often do, I looked up into the sky and saw Jupiter in the East, Vega straight up and then stood behind some spots on my sidewalk I use to find Polaris after lining them up. After spotting Polaris, I see an object off to the left (West). At first I thought it was an aircraft. I squinted looking for running lights and couldn’t see them. I then noticed that this object was brighter than Jupiter and there was no sound coming from it. I took my cell phone from my pocket to record a video. About 10 seconds into it I realized I didn’t click “record” and finally did. I zoomed in a bit soon after that. Figuring I had recorded enough, I stopped and put my cellphone in my pocket and decided to watch it to the vanishing point. I was also thinking I wanted to compare Jupiter to this thing. So, after those couple seconds, I look toward the East expecting to see 2 bright lights (Jupiter and this thing) but it was gone. Only Jupiter was there. This object should have been visible. It was well above the horizon Eastbound and should have been there when I looked back. This might not be important but I saw a small private airplane directly overhead going from South to North at about 1000 feet (?). The engine could easily be heard. I will attach the video and a screen grab with adjusted contrast, brightness and etc. Not that it matters, I am a retired Naval Officer.
