Le 29 avril 2025 autour de 23h un témoin observe pendant 3 minutes depuis le jardin de son domicile situé à POINTEL (61), une forme lenticulaire et sombre avec 2 lumières vertes aux extrémités qui vole à vitesse constante, à basse altitude, sans bruit perceptible. Le témoin perçoit un arrêt et un changement de trajectoire. Le témoin est intrigué par cette forme sombre inhabituelle, les lumières vertes fluorescentes et l'arrêt pendant le trajet. Les réactions des animaux familiers augmentent l'étrangeté (chat, chèvres et vaches). La consistance* du témoignage est jugée bonne malgré un témoin unique et l'absence de photo/ vidéo exploitable du PAN, le témoin ayant fourni des informations claires et précises sur les conditions d'observation et les caractéristiques du PAN (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Il a été établi grâce aux relevés radar du Centre Air de Planification et de Conduite des Opérations et de Défense Aérienne - CAPCODA- de l'Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace que cette observation est cohérente avec le passage de deux avions militaires volant en formation, équipés de slime lights (lumières vertes fluorescentes). Explications aux éléments d'étrangeté relevés par le témoin : - l'illustration du PAN fournie par le témoin s'explique par la forme lenticulaire et sombre de ces avions militaires massifs observés de nuit et de profil, à basse altitude. - les lumières vertes proviennent de deux sources possibles : les slime lights verts fluorescents utilisés lors de vols en formation, présents et confirmés par les militaires et/ou la signalisation verte de l'aile droite qui est face au témoin en permanence. - l'absence de bruit perceptible depuis la position du témoin situé au plus près à 3 km des avions : de conception ces avions sont peu bruyants. Par ailleurs, un léger vent de sud ouest en éloignait la portée sonore. Enfin, les bruits extérieurs étaient possiblement atténués par le casque que portait le témoin pour parler au téléphone avec son amie. - la réaction des animaux peut s'expliquer par le fait que le témoin était au téléphone pendant toute la première partie de l'observation probablement en élevant la voix et se déplaçant en courant pour suivre le phénomène qui disparaît à plusieurs reprises, caché par les feuillages et la maison. Les animaux qui ne sont pas habitués à ces mouvements nocturnes ont pu être effrayés par l'excitation du témoin. - la perception d'une «accélération excessivement brutale » s'explique lorsqu'un avion qui s'éloigne vers le nord-est change brutalement de cap et se rapproche par le sud-est comme l'indique la trajectoire sur la carte militaire. - la perception d'immobilité : lorsqu'un avion change de cap, l'angle de vue et l'éloignement provoquent un effet d'immobilisation ou d'arrêt momentané surtout si l'avion se rapproche de l'observateur. The UFO was a disc shaped object and it was black.It was moving smoothly side to side then it vastly moved away. It looked like it was going around 500 miles per hour. It was close to 600 feet in the air. There was only one UFO but there where 2 viewers of looking at it.

My daughter who is 30 and myself. I am 51. We were riding in the car together and out of our windshield ahead of us we saw this object in the sky that at first I thought was a weather balloon and as I looked at it. I said to my daughter. What is that and she said mom? I was just thinking the same thing and we watched it. It never moved it was big. It was the shape of the planet Saturn. It was mirrored or silver. And it was extremely bright and all of a sudden. It just disappeared. We pulled into a neighborhood after it disappeared to see if we could spot it again and it was just gone.I still don't know. What it is we saw but it was a unidentified flying object! We searched the sky after pulling into the neighborhood and saw 2 planes off in the distance. Not near where the sighting was and they looked nothing like what we saw and there was nothing else in the sky. It was a blue sky and whatever we saw was gone. There was nothing!

I was driving from Ludington MI to visit family on east side of state. I was driving on I-96 heading east just passing Grand Rapids on Friday December 8, 2023 at about 9:00pm. In between Cascade and Lowell Charter Township on north side of highway, a very bright light fell from sky. It then slowed and hovered right by highway on north side. It was a thicker disc shape, grey/silver in color, just hovering, with two very bright white lights on each side on front circumference and multiple multi colored lights around back end of circumference, red, green. The lights from the front illuminated so bright, that you could view around it and there weren’t any wings or segmented parts, just disc shape. Appeared to either be shiny or have windows on the side facing us. My son was sitting behind me and was a witness also. We were so shocked and scared that we couldn’t pick up our phone to take photo right away. I begged my son to please get a video while it was still hovering and I driving away from it. We were about a mile down road by the time he was able to come out of a scared mindset to take the video. You can see it on the upper right side of the video briefly. I was so scared and wanted to get out of there so fast. I now regret not turning around and going back to get better videos or pictures. I am still very shaken up by this and try to not let my son know how emotional I am right now about what we witnessed. I have never believed in any such paranormal thing or ufo until now! In the video you can here my son still saying he can’t take video with how shocked he was and me in disbelief in background. Please help me to find out if more people have videos or captured anything on radars in this area. My son said to me, “mom I can almost see inside of it”. That is how close it was. Maybe a football field away from highway and about football field up. Size comparison would be roughly 3 or 4 school buses in size, of course being compacted in disc shape. We often enjoy star gazing from our hot tub at night and because my husband works in aviation we like to guess where airplanes are heading and then check them on a radar to see who is closest. This craft was disk or space shaped and was traveling south at a high rate of speed. It was soundless and moved more like it was in water than the sky. It was made of lights but they were not blinking or alternating and were nothing like airplane lights. I would say that it was more or less glowing as it slid across the sky. I first thought it was a shooting star but once my eyes adjusted I realized it was just a fast and unrecognizable craft sliding across the sky. Although it was quick, I had enough time to point it out to my husband and he saw it too and agreed with me that it was a UFO. It’s such a cool, exciting, and eerie feeling!

Was in my work truck heading to my very last stop at Dustin‘s barbecue off of Wickham Road when I saw the object seemingly suspended in place, not moving in any apparent direction. Filmed the object for approximately one minute to show its immobility before it seemed to Shoot off directly away from me before disappearing in a small flash of light.

I decided to film the morning sky before entering Golden Gate Bridge from SF side and saw with my eye and both the camera the very fast flying dot through all the sky It seemed too fast to be something human made. It had weird trajectory and it is not the camera defect, because I saw it with my own eye while filming. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

Was in hot tub, facing North, looking skyward. Low haze, but not super overcast, sky was mostly clear/normal. My wife was with me but not facing in direction to see it. Object was not there, sky was empty, then object - it was the shape (and at arms length, the size) of an M&M - appeared - fully lit - in sky at ~45 deg. The weird part was it was already moving at significant speed when it appeared. Also appeared to be fully unwaveringly illuminated the whole time with no trails or dissapation. Traveled ~15 inches across the sky in ~2 seconds, from East to West at a downward trajectory. It looked like it was a mile or so away. Disappeared just as quickly. Did not appear to fizzle out, just disappeared. I have seen hundreds of shooting stars, it was NOT a shooting star. It was of a size that if it was an object, it was large enough to be seen on radar.

Cool, Coldish day. Reasonably clear. Vehicle backdropped by clouds. Enough highway noise to mask any sound. No sonic boom. 500 mph? In zoom appears to have field around it.

After finding this particular object in air , we thought this might be some natural activity happening but as time goes on we noticed weird movements like as soon as light came closer we could see clouds covering it and even the light circulating it was in its fixed position with the air craft and even when it was moving towards other direction the light was fixed and flowing its same way of light movement as if like moving car headlights which is fixed in car and moves as the car moves .
