The report, as filed
the orbs initially were going in and out of the clouds in no pattern. Then they became 4 distinct orbs going out in different directions and varying distances then coming together in the center. It was over an area where there is only residential homes. It was filmed from my 2nd story home window. which is on a high elevation. The sky was clear and a few striated clouds. I could not see any source or beams of light [NUFORC annotation: Searchlight - Certain]
