On October 13, 2023, my daughter and I sighted a bright light heading in a southernly direction. First thought was an airplane with its landing light on. As the object got closer it was engulfed in vapor, and then it appeared the vapor traveled in front of the object in a perfect circle. It continued across the sky never changing directions but still ingulfed in this vapor. It went into the clouds, and we lost sight of it.
