Light over Grinnell, IA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
About 10 crafts passed from the west side of the sky moving very fast to the east side of the sky. They reached a certain point in the east, and at that point each one would turn blue for a second, then tremble, and disappear. All of the crafts appeared to be flying in a very straight line spaced out about evenly. They were all far from each other but were coming from and going to the same place. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #178670). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
