The report, as filed
While driving south on Rockville toward Washington, MD, an Uber driver sitting at a traffic light saw a slowing moving north toward the driver as if following the road or parallel to the Potomac River. The driver takes a photo from the driver's car window. The traffic light changes and he parks his vehicle in a mini strip mall parking lot gets out and shoots 2nd photo. After the second photo, the object makes a right-angle turn, shoots off west at tremendous speed, and disappears from sight. Photo Details: Dimensions 1636 x 2180, Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 75mm.
