Light over Ventucopa, CA

We were camping. I woke up at 4:30am and saw a large, bright craft at high altitude fly across the sky at the speed a bit faster than a passenger jet airliner, then it stopped in place for at least an hour. There were no trails or erratic movements. It was almost a full moon, so only a few stars were visible, but this craft was bright and highly visible, about 10x brighter than the brightest star. I watched it from within my tent for about an hour before I fell asleep. I was looking at it in a South-South East direction at about 60-70 degrees up from horizontal. In the course of the hour it seemed to move westerly at the same rate the few stars I could see, so it was stationary with cosmos and not the surface of the earth. Though it was at high altitude I took a photo and when zoomed in, it was fully lit up and oblong shaped, horizontally.
