The report, as filed

I have no idea what I’m looking at in this video but it deserves a look. I was out with my friend in Pennsylvania when his security system in Florida went off. No one’s at his farm so he thought it was someone breaking in at first. However, if you watch the security footage he posted you’ll see an orb as well as a lens flare(I think) from the orb floating around the room. The lights turn on and they only operate by a switch! Let me repeat that. The lights turn on and this man is in Pennsylvania! I’m not sure what it is all I know is it’s really weird: https://fb.watch/kWZhnA7aZC/?mibextid=l2pjGR The "orb" is a spiderweb in front of the camera. [NUFORC annotation: Insect - Certain]

Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #176065). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
