Bright light in the sky moving in circulation mode. Sometimes appear to move in and out. Was here tonite for an hour then moved out of site further, but more at distant. Disappeared for two nights then back again on Monday.

Oval like object over Sharpsville, IN. Normally the object is bright with light. Tonite it is dull blue and red flashing and barely visible. Still hovering in circles moving up and down.
