The report, as filed
Went outside to let in dog. Sighted a light northwest of Paradise hovering above the hills I’d never seen before. At times thought I might have seen two. It remained stationary and seemed to brighten and dim. I got my phone and took several videos. Upon zooming in the light appeared to be spinning and be comprised of several smaller lights giving off various colors. After 10 minutes of observation, it disappeared but then I noticed at least six more below on the ground.
