The report, as filed
Saw semi amber colored lights individually in the low horizon maybe 20 miles to the Northeast. They moved slowly then disappeared then reappeared. Roughly 8 different objects round dots as if a star, no twinkling or blinking. None were in formation. Several were stacked. Co worker on my graveyard shift saw the exact same thing when I told him where to look beyond the Hunter Power Plant. I checked flight radar for airplanes and none were in the vicinity within 100 miles at least.
