The report, as filed
The only way to describe this is a very small white cloud, a space, another cloud but softly lit up and moving in unison across the sky approximately 100 feet in the air, at low speeds. The first cloud seemed like a shield to cover the second. I saw it from the side so saw both units. No sound. Lost behind buildings, heading towards the Atlantic Ocean just half a mile away. Very odd.

Driving east toward n dixie I saw an almost stationary large gray windowless plane with no visible engines or propellers almost stationary and low altitude. I photographed it on my iPhone through my car window but in the photo the plane is missing. I tried a second time and the second photo also captures the sky where I saw the plane but it is not visible. I lost sight of the plane while passing a building and then it was gone. I consider myself a skeptic. But I saw an object that I cannot explain.
