The report, as filed

I was a pilot on united flight 33 from NRT to LAX over the pacific flying east bound. Both of us pilots on duty saw the same light(s) moving rapidly up and down left and right for a period of 30 to 45 mins. An American flight on common frequency reported the same lights. They would appear very bright then fade but moved too fast to be a satellite or airplane.
