The report, as filed
They were white lights almost like flash lights. They were zooming diagonally horizontally and vertically. Would disappear and reappear and then would come to a circle of about 8 lights and rotate while making a large circle then small again and would disappear and shoot through the sky. Did this for about 30 minutes as I was driving down the highway. There was originally one light, then 3, then 8. Called my family as I started into a panic attack on my way to work. Eventually disappeared as I got towards the city and there were more lights that were making the sky not so dark. There was no trail, it looked like circle shaped flashlight beams. They were a white hazy color. Looked so close to me.
