The report, as filed
We saw a bright orange orb-like object hovering out at sea. It slowly moved across the sky to the left, eventually upwards and disappeared. It was northwards to where we were standing. A few minutes passed and it reappeared, but shortly after, disappeared. This was seen on the left side of Reculver towers.
