Light over Leader, MN
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
We saw a stationary pulsating light bigger than surrounding star that got our attention. Then all of a sudden, many very faint small lights seemed to be shooting out from the larger pulsating star. It was almost like a Roman candle. They came out one at a time and excelerated faster than a satellite could ever go. They seemed to be shot out from somewhere at 1 second intervals then disappeared into the darkness. They moved to the North East extremely fast once the became visible. We all witnessed about 30 of these lights that just seem to appear and then accelerate out of sight in a few seconds. I have seen SpaceX and what witnessed wasn't anything like that? Thanks
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #171118). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
