The report, as filed
I was on my front porch looking for the full moon. I saw a source of white light behind some low clouds. I thought it was the moon and I watched it shine white , then it started flashing an incredibly bright blue color. It would flash blue and white, no other colors. It looked like two puffs of light shot out of the sides. There was a beam of light coming from it going straight down. It lasted for about 30 minutes. At the end, the light got really bright and then it just “poofed” left to right and disappeared. I verified with my stargazer app that it was not the moon I was seeing. There was nothing in that area, no planets.

We observed two large blinking lights. Then an extremely large circle of lights appeared. Another large light appeared and then darted off. Two sets of four lights appeared and disappeared. It has continued every few minutes for almost an hour. Searchlights?

Immensely bright circular light seen in NW direction. Appeared to flicker ever so slightly. Moved extremely slow to the right and further in distance within the 45 minute duration. Then suddenly vanished beyond view. I have a picture but it was taken from my phone and quality is not very good.

noticed 2 oval white lights first with light blue outlining - then disappeared then 4 exact size round white orbs appeared - then disappeared then 2 exact size round white orbs appeared - then disappeared sky was completely dark at the time...(4:29 am) EST

Seen what looked like ring of flares, it happened 4 to five times in sky the same spot just about dusk my children also witnessed it, no objects In sky where flare rings spotted

Green ball of light hovering for 2-3 mins, darted south east and hovered again for about 30 seconds, then disappeared out of sight.
