The report, as filed
The object was first observed on 11th July night arround 11:30pm at the East sky, and then for almost 1 hour we noticed and captured the video.then we again noticed it on 15th July,2022 night at West sky from the same location. After almost 1 hour, it was not visible. Then we noticed the light on the East sky again. I asked two of my friends from other locations (15km away). They also seen same light. When video recoding, by zooming, the light was changing shape- light pattern was like, a circle of light surrounding a central light and the outer light was moving in circle. The light was blinking- like the light was larger in area and smaller in area alternatively
