The report, as filed
I was driving home from a friend's house around 11:45pm on 7/9/2022 and noticed an incredibly bright red light high in the sky as I was driving, heading towards the town of Red Lion on Felton Road. I thought it was oddly bright and must be a new cell tower light until I kept driving for about another minute and realized I was about to drive under it. It was definitely a light in the sky, heading south. It had no definite shape either, somewhat amorphous and slightly shifting as it moved. No accompanying flashing lights or strobes. It was pinkish in the center and a deep red on the edges. It was very high from what I could tell, so I have no description of a craft for you. I figured I should pull over and take a video as I had now passed the light ever so slightly and pulled into the Rick's Ace Hardware at the intersection of the Winterstown road and Felton road. As I pulled in the light faded and vanished from view. I did not see it return so I left and continued on my way home. The weather was very humid, light fog and lingering high clouds from rain earlier in the day. The moon was visible but mostly obscured by cloud cover.

Second sighting same location. Pulsating light. I grabbed binoculars and it looked like something flew of from it. So I grabbed my dslr and telescopic lens. This is what I saw. It appears to be very far away from me and hovering in the same spot

I went out to have a smoke. While standing outside, I saw these flashing blue lights, which caught my eye. At first i thought it was a small plane, but soon realized it wasn't. The craft was moving from the Southwest to Northeast and made no sound. As I followed it, the blue lights seemed to go out. I then saw a bright white and red light and realized the craft had stopped and turned in mid air. As I watched it, it then shot straight up 100-200 ft sat there for a few seconds, and then started heading back to the Southwest. It was not moving away as fast as it had come, and i noted the blue lights were not flashing as fast either. As the craft passed I could somewhat make out the size and shape. It was larger than a car or truck but not by much. The back was sloped where the blue lights were, and tapered toward the front of the craft. The craft was over some home across the street from my home and about 500ft high when it came from the Southwest. This was not an airplane or Copter. It stopped, spun around, shot straight up and moved with no sound. I am former Air Force so i think I can distinguish between what is, and is not, an aircraft. This craft amazed me and did things no craft I am aware of can do. The blue lights were so intense and beautiful. Like a blue you can't describe. If they were lights (?), they seemed to flash faster, or slower, as the craft's speed changed. I hope someone else saw this wonderful sight tonight! Keep looking up, From Red Lion, Pa.

Three silent glowing objects seen in total over a 30 minute period starting at around 9:50pm. The first was a red fireball that was traveling over the Winterstown area as seen from Red Lion near Route 24. It appeared suddenly and as it approached the woods in the distance it went completely black, I could make out an almost stationary triangular object illuminated by the full moon. It then continued to travel and as it drifted behind the tree line it again ignited a bright red. The second object was orange, rose from the horizon in the same area, went black as it rose and appeared to go up and around the moon from my perspective. It then went almost straight down and dipped behind the horizon. I was able to capture this on my cell phone on a short video. The third was again red and rose from a similar point of origin on the horizon. Although all three had slightly different origin points they appeared to be coming from the same area. This third and final object rose into the sky and flew in a large arch towards the main town of Red Lion. Again, this was caught on video. All 3 objects were accompanied by the sound of a dog barking in the distance, you can hear it clearing on the video of the third object. During the video my girlfriend and I are bouncing ideas off each other of what we are seeing. We feel it "could" have been Memorial lanterns, but at the same time with the lack of wind and their speed we are just unsure.

The objects, one in a very luminous gold color and the others in a silvery color moved very fast and randomly from a starry dust.
