It was around 1 am when me and my brother in law were out on the deck in Hood canal when we see an orb rise from behind the mountains straight up to plane height and started moving to the left, then suddenly stops mid air as a plane passes by and continues to do so for every plane. At this time I decided to go get more people for confirmation so I went inside to get my cousin and sister they come out and instantly start saying the movements are insane...at that point I was just glad for the confirmation...we continued to stare at the orb moving back and forth and up, out of nowhere there were strobes of light around the orb. Me being a slight skeptic ran through every possibility of what this might be I checked planet charts and cross examined dozens of photos, and I can honestly say I have 0 answers for what that orb could possibly be as the movements and how the glowing light that would strobe were acting. I completely and fully believe we witnessed a unidentified flying object
