Was discussing My take on how UFO or UAP's work to my Neighbor and i said they would probably cause a light show from High energy to create some sort of Polarization of a vacuum, just thinking outside the box I suppose based off of Salvatore Pais's Patent if they were any true. He then grabs his phone and shows me this video and says he has more video's like this. I'm not sure of what to think of this object it looks like it stretches when it moves at the 3 second mark and my neighbor is no software guru. He's an average Nebraskan Mechanic so I believe it's beyond him to make this up.

Just a number of lights in the sky doing 90 degree turns. Just darting around going in a north to south direction.

After it flashed there was a small dark floating dissipating black cloud. I believe my passenger saw it too, yet didn't say anything either. Meteorites don't leave a dissipating "puff-cloud" of black smoke.
