The report, as filed
Wife and I on the porch I always look at stars. Noticed a jet moving W to E. Behind the jet flanking it and following was what appeared to me earlier to be a star. This was no star. It traveled at the same speed as jet almost intersecting with the jet. Maybe the jet saw the same craft my wife and I witnessed? The orb/star/uap/ufo/ship was witnessed by my wife and I for over a minute until it basically fazed out of existence. It was on the same scale of size as the jet then it started becoming smaller and smaller then it demeterialized before my eyes. That makes 2 witnessed in the same area over I80 in less than a year! Both different craft. Both at night
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #168667). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

I consider myself a fairly knowledgeable UFO hunter and fully disclose I was actively hoping to see one. However, in my entire life, this would be the first time I believe I saw one. I wrote down my report with a basic sketch immediately that night as to not forget the precise details. It is as follows: June 17 10:40PM DUBOIS, PA Object was seemingly translucent. Made visible by firework haze and lights from fireworks. Seemingly popped out of nowhere and shot off in a trajectory that was quickly obscured by neighboring house. Experience was maybe a second long. High certainty of vision at the moment. ---Current Additional Notes--- The object was most definitely a classic boomerang shape. In hindsight the object may have been black just as well. Against the night sky it could seem translucent. I was intentionally watching other parts of the sky rather than the fireworks display. The space I was observing was where it became visible. I had a straight perfect view of it. It was almost as if you could see the haze from the fireworks being navigated through by an object that was low visibility. It moved with remarkable speed and steadiness. As if turbulence or atmosphere have no effect on movement. No light associated with event. No obvious sound associated with event.

Almost as if Aurora lights emitted from or and behind or was using the Lights to power the craft. I've seen some crazy things that were unexplainable in my life. But this was truly bizarre and still has my wife and I shook up.

I was driving into town to stay in the Comfort Suites on December 6th, 2017. On I-80. I was listening to music, so I didn't hear if there were any sounds. I noticed 1 ball of light, fuzzy on the edges above me. I did not think much of it. The light soon changed to 3 lights. I became aware at this point. I pulled to the side to look up to see 5 balls of light. They hovered slowly moving around for about 3 minutes and then they disappeared. I had an odd feeling the rest of the night.

I was on my front porch enjoying the evening sky. In between the Big Dipper and Polaris (from my perspective seated on my porch, it was to the right of Polaris and to the left of the Big dipper), what I originally thought was a star began to significantly increase in brightness. It then began moving slowly downward in relation to Polaris and the big dipper. It then began moving slowly left at 90 degrees toward and below Polaris from its downward movement before fading completely. I can't say for sure that it wasn't an airplane, but it appeared too high for landing lights, and it was not blinking.
