The report, as filed
Walked outside to the parking lot, looked up at the stars. I noticed a star like like light traveling northeast. I pointed it out. To my friend who was coming down the stairs. He said it was a plane and I said no blinking lights and their was no noise. It was also high in the sky. It was traveling and seemed to have a wobbly pattern to it's path. It also disappeared completely. Clouds cover was very faint and you could still see through them. That is when we noticed the second star after the other one faded. We watched it for a little bit and it pretty much followed the them flight path. It was headed north east as well. Like it was following the interstate. We stopped watching and had to go somewhere. So I don't know if there were more.

I saw crafts in the sky they were very high up in the atmosphere, I saw one large craft bigger than the other 2. I lost sight of the craft above me. Searching to find it. I turned around and saw three crafts stacked flying west, they were also Lower in the sky they had no sound. With jets or airplanes I can hear motors and or rotors. But these had no sound at all. I ran back upstairs to grab my SO and took him on the balcony to see, and he saw them also. We watched them for about Two minutes before I we lost visibility. I also had to leave for work. I drove to work in the same direction following I-44 about 4 minutes later and I didn't see them at all. I hold a bachelor's degree of business and I have had astronomy. The 2nd witness is former military, and also has a bachelor's of environmental science degree.

I watched a bright orange orb, fly straight up from the horizon, then the light went out and changed into an aircraft. I ran outside when it flew over my building. I went to the other side of my apartment building and tried to film it. I watched another similar craft fly towards it, but wasn't sure if it was a plane or if it was another ufo. I have video that I took until I couldn't see it anymore. I also took one photo. It made no sound. Land geography is flat.

For the last month there have been green, red, white, orange and sometimes blue lights shining in my bedroom window after dark and especially while I am sleeping. These lights can be blinding at times. Each week there seems to be more and more of them. Recently while driving home from a friends house a orange egg shaped bright light about the size of a plate or larger came flying up to the tail end of the car from the field and stayed along side the car for a couple of miles. It was so close you could see the light reflecting off the back. Soon after, a green one appeared, following the orange light. We began driving faster and then the lights came to a sudden stop at a four way on some gravel roads and just sat there like they were looking at us. These lights shine every window in my house each night while everyone is trying to sleep and it is starting to keep my children awake and scare them.
