Object was seen hovering motionless until we had stopped vehicle in road where it then began to proceed almost directly above us very little sound could be heard and no recording flights were in the area. I have picture and video I was unable to upload. Please contact me for any more information

Suddenly it drop in the sky then did a sharp left and stopped again. Then dropped again and stopped. Then shot left again. After that it starting heading west and slowly rising at the same time. Very large bright light in the sky, similar to a helicopter light but bigger. Darted behind clouds, didnt see it again after that.
