First sighting was near Ephrata, PA. It looked like a vertical string of several white lights. It seemed to hover or move slowly. I kept trying to see how it was moving. It appeared it was moving East. I lost sight of it for awhile. I was driving North by Northeast. I exited the major road onto a state road. I saw the shape again in the Western sky. It was moving slowly or hovering. I kept trying to catch a glimpse of it through trees and around houses. When I came to an especially clear vantage, I was able to see there were 5 of the lines of light in a virtually straight east by southeast line. At one point I had three in sight. All had been white lights hanging in a vertical line. When I looked up I caught only one still in my line of sight, and then one with a vertical line of red lights instead moving slightly faster than a jet. I think at least one of its red lights was blinking, but I am not remembering clearly now. The white light objects appeared to blink or shimmer. I am sorry I cannot give a better explanation. I want to say they were at a height of 1 to 3 miles. Probably closer to the lower end. I thought I might be seeing hot air balloons, but it was dark, and hot air balloons could not move at the speed of which the one with red lights moved. The red lights moving stayed in the straight vertical line formation. When I had a safe place to stop there was just one I could see through the trees. I took only one picture but it was not visible in the poor quality duplication. I could see tree branches and perhaps a star nowhere near where the object was. At no time could I see the object to which the lights belonged on any of the lighted lines. Not even the vaguest of shapes to guide me to a credible description of the shape. I said cross shaped because it looked like the upper portion of the lights might have contained projections on either side that seemed at times to also have lights. I could see at least three lights on every one, but it seemed there could have been more. I could not tell, just like I could not give credible sizing. When I saw the extended line of the different "crafts," it looked like they may have had three miles or so in between each of the five I could see. That is about all I can remember. Sorry for the length of this. As the observer, I am a 54 year old white male with masters level degrees used to teach in a grade 7-12 building. I have never made a report of this kind before. I still kind of believe they could have been balloons, but cannot explain the movement of the red lights. I am just not sure what I saw.

The object was not seen by the naked eye. It was no lens flare, and have the photos to prove that a cross shaped object makes a rapid decent and gets closer goes over our heads and keeps flying north. It was the middle of the early evening. Still plenty bright out. The photos capture the crafts path over the course of a few minutes. Again, neither of us saw anything in person. The light is beginning to dim more as I’m writing this at 2:45, but got the last 15 minuets I have been watching the light as the other 4 has been fading and coming back, only now is it becoming difficult to see. The lights are in an orientation that would be easily described as a cross, or almost the shape of a bull skull. There is one light that seems to move around the other lights as the others stay in position and fade in and out, aside from the one in the center of all the lights. In total, there is 6 lights with the tip that is closest to the strongest light being the dimmest, the arms of the cross are equal in orientation to the bright light, and along with the bottom of the cross, fade in and out. The lights continue to fade more and more as I write this, now I can only see 2-3 faint strobes along side the now much smaller center light. I have seen a UFO once before in Granbury, one that was at least 50 miles long and in the shape of a bus, but this has been the longest lasting and doesn’t align with any consultation or star pattern I have ever witnessed. With the moon basically looking like a strobe light at the moment with how bright it is and it is making the sky, I am surprised that I am able to see it. Still, in comparison to the other star consultations in the sky not a single one is showing the same signs as the lights. These lights are a bright white from where I am, and seeing as I can see the other planes coming in and out, moving through the sky while the strobes of their lights happen, I can confidently and with 100% certainty say that this is not a plane nor a set of stars. The object appears to be very very high in the atmosphere, but not in orbit or as low as a plane would be.

Item, larger than an eagle, traveling eastward (and potentially a little north or south), not moving upwards or downwards in the sky. It appeared to be flying lower than planes that were landing Midway Airport. It was further south of the planes landing. [NUFORC annotation: Drone - Possible]

On the road between Delta Junction Canada and the AK Border on 9/13/23: First I thought I saw a cell tower suddenly show up to my right while driving in the dark at about 3:20 am. It had two red lights and one white light going vertically. Then while I was driving straight, no turns or elevation bc I looked at my navigation tool, it moved across the street to my left. Then it went back to the right and the white light disappeared and it was two red lights and now they were horizontal. Then I got my phone to record it. Sorry the videos are terrible. It kept moving around from horizontal to vertical. The last I saw of it, it was on the left of me in the grass area. Each red light looked like a giant “X” to me with my eyes but when I got a close up of my video later, it looked more oval. I reported on the form it looked like a cross, however, because that was my first impression. This “cell tower” changed position and elevation and was around our car from about 3:20 (I started recording at 3:22 am - 4:09 when it was on my left in the grass and we finally passed it and it was never in front of us again.) I was actually shocked to see so much time had passed in the video because it seemed to me like maybe 10 minutes and I kept timing the whole time until it disappeared. I started and stopped video bc it was hard to hold the video and drive. I woke up my son who also saw it.

Very bright object in the shape of a cross. It does not look like it is moving, but if one was to see it an hour ago, and again now, one would see it did move up some within that time frame. It is very high in the sky, and from the ground it would be about a half inch big. I can not tell if it is making its own light, or if the light I am seeing on it is a reflection from the very bright moon we are having right now. I do not hear any noise from it. Sighted object appeared to be puff of smoke but with binoculars looked like 2 aircraft. Were visible for 2 minutes then appeared to travel SW and higher altitude.

I was driving south on I93 and, shortly after Tilton, I saw what looked like white-blue lights hovering over the highway — higher than any building or structure, but way below planes overhead. There were no blinking lights, and no red/blue lights, as distinguish planes. I kept an eye on the lights as I drove south and after a few minutes (meaning a few miles of road) I passed under them, with them still evidently stationary. The lights appeared to be in clusters of two, in a T formation; I could not tell, against the night sky, if there was anything between or among them, but it seemed like there was the dark outline of a craft between the lights. As I drove south, I kept the lights in my rear view mirror, and they didn’t seem to move until I had driven another 5+ minutes/miles and the road had turned. I was unable to find a place to pull over to take a photo or video. I asked my friend who is an ATC and he said there was nothing on radar in that area. However, a friend who lives nearby said that Sikorsky helicopters had been spotted in the area earlier circling (he had taken photos). Whatever I saw I am highly confident was not the running lights of a helicopter based on both lights and shape of craft. No idea what it was.

The butterfly light came out of the shimmering lights, like a portal, flew south a bit in an arc it went back up into something and slowly faded out.
