The report, as filed
On the early evening of March 2nd 2022 an elderly man with Dementia went missing on around my beach behind my home. About 60 cops and rescue workers were searching aviation was up with the spotlight the NYPD harbor unit was searching the ocean, as a former police officer myself I offered to use my night vision to assist on the beach because it was very dark and difficult to see. After about 40 min the search team moved out of my location to search further down the beach I remained. I raised my camera up and I was checking out the stars it was a beautiful night on the water I raised my camera up and noticed two spheres in tight formation separated apart by about 30ft or so they flew over the ocean and onto land extremely fast and silent, I filmed until I could no longer see them there was no light just a dim glow that seemed to pulse slightly through my SIONYX Aurora pro camera. I had an overwhelming feeling inside like it was meant for me to see I felt static in the air as they flew over it was really amazing I yelled so load I was shocked what I seen I have it all on video as well.

Ok so I’m leaving RiteAid and I looked up over the elevated train towards the clouds. Don’t know why. I see a perfectly round orb shape hovering - it looked like it was hovering - then it was up, then down. Went into clouds and came out either up or back to the left etc. it seemed to be hiding in clouds. At one point the shape changed and it looked black w a light in the center. I was watching this - looking for a second light - nothing. Then it just disappeared like poof!!! At one point I saw an airplane heading towards it. That caught my eye because I’m close to Manhattan and no planes are allowed over it now. So this plane looked like it came over the city - which you can see from here, and the orb disappears but after the plane veered away from it, the orb reappeared. It went east, west, up and down

Looked up while on a walk and noticed a bunch of white orbs but very very far away. They were above the plane traffic that is always very heavy around that time of day. It was as though they were staying in one place but moving sideways.

At first I thought it was a deflating weather ballon. It looked like it came down from the sky while slowing twirling. Like 6 shiney metalic orbs. I watched it for maybe 3 minutes. It came down to the water at almost the exact coordinates I provided. It was between Mill Basin Island and the New York City Department of Sanitation facility like you see in the map. Then it floated up into the sky and started traveling toward the Astoria/Long Island City coast. My window faces the water and I'm on the 15th Floor of my building in Manhattan. The sun was on it. I saw it keep going up and up and up till it disappeared into the cotton shapped looking clouds. It was so high I was afraid it would get into an airplane engine. It is a bright sunny day. Thanks for taking the time to look into this. I was compelled to report this because of the unusual nature of the experience. This was seen on the roof of a residential building on 2nd Ave in East Village, Manhattan. The video shows a point of view looking at Queens/Brooklyn. The roof is about 15-16 floors in height. I was looking towards the east sky and noticed a bright flashing white light which appeared to be at a very high altitude and moving fast. The object was not moving like a typical airplane or helicopter. It appeared to be in the direction of and directly above LaGuardia airport. There were planes in the sky flying towards LaGuardia that are not shown in the pictures or videos because by the time I got my phone out to record they were out of view. The object moved looked like it was moving very fast and able to stop and stay stationary in the air at times, and it was emitting a flashing bright white light not familiar to me to be a typical aircraft. I have included a picture with a drawn red circle, where when you zoom in you can see the shape of this object. I could not tell if it was changing shape while in motion.

There was a random formation of blue light in the night sky. I took a video of it at 9:17 pm.
