Oval over Georgetown, DE

While driving home from Peterkins RD in Georgetown around 7 pm, I took Andersons Corner RD home and saw a bright white oval, orb like object in the sky over the field that did not appear to be too far above the treetops. For a brief moment my mind reached for the rational and I wondered if a new tower had been placed there because at first glance the height seemed right, but I had just traveled that road earlier that day and 2 nights before and there was no tower there in the daytime or evening. Then I also realized it was a bit too far above the trees to be a tower and it was too big. The object appeared to move slightly but mostly hover. I was able to get 2 photos of it when it was all white. But then it changed and there were 3 large diamond shaped pattern lights in blue, red and green. I stopped in the middle of the road and tried to get video but by the time I was able to get the video going it just disappeared from the sky. It was just suddenly gone. There was a plane that was flying near it and in comparison, the lights on the plane looked like a tiny dot in the sky. In the photo you can tell that it is large because the small plane did not even show up. I can't say for sure what it was, but it was certainly unusual and did not look like anything I had ever seen.
