Disk over Lawrenceville/Grayson, GA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
A very bright light on the sky that was disk shaped and lights were flashing. The light was bright white. It was staying still, rotating on itself. Then after almost a minute it starting moving then a red light flashing could be seen and the one light divided into two disk lights, one smaller than the other. The lights got dimmer and dimmer while it started moving towards us, we were in car stoped in a red light. Then shortly after it started moving it disappeared.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #166580). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.
Ask for the records
What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
