Light over Warrington, WARRINGT · United Kingdom
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
Bright light ball of light flew silently over head whilst cycling home. Moved so quickly that it was gone within a second and out of sight. Was moving below 3000 feet at a rough guess, too large and bright to be a shooting star, and if it had been a falling comet it would of displayed a tail, created noise, and caused an impact however none of the above were present.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #165864). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?

Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
