The report, as filed
What appeared to be a large black, cloud-like structure, started moving towards my direction faster than any cloud I’ve seen during a storm. Exception was that there was not a storm or any other clouds in the sky. I saw a V pattern following it and alerted my wife. When she came outside it was still present but within seconds it became distant and disappeared. We tried following the direction but there was no sight of the object. I have a photo for reference. I was driving to work (home Depot) when I pulled into the parking lot and I saw this light that was not a airplane. It was really bright. I was trying to get my phone to take a picture and it was gone.

We were driving home on 95, and I noticed up in the sky kind of peaking through the clouds was a very silver looking “thing” that was roundish and then almost as I looked at it, it went to a horizontal line, and then the trees covered the sky and I couldn’t find it anymore. Another odd thing was that I could very clearly see that it was a very silver or metallic color, but it seemed so high up that im not sure how I would have been able to see it that vividly if it were a plane - if that makes sense. My husband caught a glimpse but when he saw it, he said it was in a vertical line. We’ve had quite a few recent experiences/encounters lately!!!

Looking up at the moon I noticed a few lights moving west to east and thought it was a couple of jets. Realized that there was no sound and no flashing lights like I would normally hear and see. As far as I could see to the East and West there was a line of evenly spaced lights (too many to count, but there were dozens) moving at a fast pace. I called my wife to come out and see. She only saw the last 3.

Witnessed low flying craft over the PA side of White Clay Creek State Park while driving on Hopkins Rd towards Route 896. Object was moving slowly over the tree, made no noise that could be heard in the car. It was too far away to make out a definite shape but it was larger than a helicopter and the whole bottom was a bright white light.and at the same time appeared mirrored. It was gone in a blink of an eye. It was easily visible when we were driving next to the open fields but as lost sight of it when we drove into the trees we lost sight of it. We didn’t see it after that. We thought we’d see it again once we cleared the trees but it disappeared. It was dark out and the object although close was too far away to notice any details besides the light.

While driving to work this morning I witnessed an object in the sky. It appeared to be motionless. Hard to make out shape, but it appeared to triangular. It had clear/white lights. Ten minutes later when I arrived at work, I got out of my car and the object was still visible. It did not appear to have changed its location. It appeared to be over Cecil County, Md., but not being able to judge how high up it was in the sky it's hard to say for certain.

Was driving home from a late night workout, and saw a noticeably bright and flashing light. After a few minutes, it was apparent that it was moving, so I pulled over. I saw two people on the other side of the road recording on their phones. I was by the Newark Farmers Market when all this had happened.
