Date: 04/15/2021 ; Time: 19:45 East Coast Standard (EDT) : Dusk directly prior to the first series of stars appearing visible for the night. I was laying in my hammock looking at the sunset on the horizon. I then looked directly above me at the same time as thinking that it would be weird to see a UFO above me, and the split second that I began to think that I saw a brilliant white solid orb blink into existence directly where I was looking. I called for my significant other to come outside and witness what I was seeing. The orb did not move for the first portion of the display. It stayed stationary above me bright white solid light for roughly 20 – 30 seconds. I witnessed the clouds moving behind it however when the object started to move it zoomed to the north then stopped. The light went out and it revealed itself as a grey cylinder shaped craft. It looked as though it was trying to cloak or hide itself as it blinked a few times in and out of existence. When it realized that it was not cloaked (at least that is how it seemed to myself and my partner) it zoomed behind a cloud. There are various air traffic patterns above my house. There was no sign of any planes, no sound of planes, and no sound at all that accompanied the sighting. The craft moved to the left out of the cloud cover and I was able to get a short video of it. As soon as our attention was drawn to the south due to air traffic returning the craft was gone. The next night I went to try and see if I could see the same craft; as I read there were various reports only a few miles from my home the month prior two days in a row; however I could not see the craft. I did notice at the exact same time and airspace that the UFO occupied the night prior there were 4 jets that were crisscrossing the area and leaving visible chem trails. I am unsure what that was; however as of lately I have not noticed too many chem trails in the area since the beginning of 2020. The night of the sighting and two night after I was not able to sleep. I normally have insomnia; however this time it was different as I notice time loss. I was laying in my bed and I looked at the clock and it was slightly after midnight the same night as the sighting. I tossed and turned for a while and then looked at the clock again and it was 1:22 am EDT. From here I did not fall asleep and tossed and turned for what seemed like only 20 – 45 minutes; however the next thing I looked at the clock and it was 4:25 am EDT.
