The report, as filed
1st video: They hovered over a dense forest area that had recently had trees cleared for around 20 mins. Due to the distance away, you can’t tell what shape they are. They flashed lights, colored white, blue, red, green, at rhythmic and also seemingly sporadic points. Around 8 mins into the video, one began to fly around in the sky. It’s hard to make out from the cellphone video but in the dark you can see it okay. 2nd video: One, maybe two UFOs, flashing their lights and moving around in the sky for 10 mins.
