The report, as filed
My wife and I live outside city limits in Mount Vernon and we see 5 orange lights and 3 bright lights hovering above houses half a mile away facing south. The 3 bright lights were in a triangle formation and changed to an isosceles triangle. The dime and then get brighter. We have see. The orange lights on multiple occasions snd know there are no houses or mountains where we are staring. We have video as well. The lights move snd fade out throughout the event.

Too high to see a shape but below the clouds. I took notice because the sun was reflecting erratically off of it and was very bright. Unlike it would on a plane. Though it moved about as fast a plane would be moving at that altitude so I thought ok maybe a plane until. It was heading west at first for about 1 and a half minutes then took a sudden turn to the north east for a minute. It then took a turn to the north east for a minute then again to the north until I could not see it anymore. Not 5 minutes later a military highflyer left a white stream across the sky headed the same direction. Not much of a sighting I guess but I really don't think it was just a plane. Wish I had more to report.

The lights traveled in a south eastern direction in an oddly silent straight line formation. I've been around drones but these made no sound as they crossed our view lasting about 5 or so minutes.
