The report, as filed
I took video of the fireworks spectacle in my neighborhood at the stroke of midnight on nye 2021. I observed a light ascend from the trees and I thought it was a Roman Candle but it kept ascending and travel horizontally before going off in the distance. I don't believe it was a Chinese Lantern but it could have been a drone, although it was very bright and fast to be a drone.
