This event has been happening for the last 8 months randomly at the same spot at the sky a bright light appears 5 times bigger than northern star. And for about 40 mins and sometimes 2 hrs makes turns and moves that are very fast but not very far from original spot. It is too far out to be a plane and too bright out to be a satellite and it moves.

I was looking at the NYC skyline and saw a red light sitting in the sky. It was a solid red light with a smaller blinking white or blue light. I thought it was a plane until I noticed it wasn’t moving. It sat still for awhile, then it moved to the right and then reversed to the left. It came to a stop and the lights turned off (it disappeared). It moved like a drone but I couldn’t tell how far away it was and the lights were very visible. It seemed to be over the Hudson River. Does anyone know if a drone has red lights that do not blink? Not sure what I just saw.

Someone then came out of a building in my complex and the green light started turning red and moving, taking about five seconds to change, and then flashed very quickly, and it was completely gone.

I saw it very clearly. It was a flashing object and it flashed just like a plane with some red lights. However it didn't seem like a plane because there was a real plane on the other side of the sky and it was going its typical speed. This plane however was going pretty fast and I was instantly suspicious. All of a sudden it stops and flashes this intense bright circle light. Like a white yellowish light and it got brighter and brighter and bigger and bigger. I never seen a light this bright at this scale before, it was huge. All of a sudden, another fast plane was approaching the giant light and immediately the object turned off its light and went back to flashing like a plane with red lights and left the other way. The plane that just visited once the other plane left, this did the same thing. It stopped and flashed the bright light. It stayed like that for 30 sec. Ii went to grab my phone to take a picture. When i came back it was gone. Also, I tried to look at the bright light and focus on it with my eyes, and I believe I saw 3-4 little circles within the object making that bright light.

3 hovering objects south, south west and west red blue white flashing lights as I observed moon they were lower and to left higher than planes maybe they were satellites but don't know. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. We have amended the time above, in order to reflect a nighttime sighting. PD
