3/26/2020 approximately 0555 I went to take the dogs out, looked up in the sky and thought "there's a plane" but there was a line of "white dots" crossing the sky from west to east, there were at least 50

Saw the same UFO again, this time 2 weeks apart, roughly. It was located in the same location above neighborhoods in downtown Elmira. It had been silent and in the air for over 40 minutes. Tic-Tac, cigar-shaped. Several lights I could make out, mostly red. The craft appeared to be stationary for the duration of the 40 minutes until it disappeared out of my line of sight. No propulsion, completely silent. The most bizarre was seeing it in the same location as last time I witnessed it a few weeks prior. Definitely not a helicopter or a plane, especially having seen so many in the Big Flats Airport region. I don't believe it was a drone, also due to the fact that in the last five to ten minutes, it seemed like it was moving side-to-side. Wingless,no propulsion and silent from what I gathered. Second time I've seen it over the Elmira neighborhoods in July. The most striking was the changing of lights, almost like a star, but it wasn't high enough to be considere! d one. Interesting nonetheless.

Some friends and myself were hanging out on my friends driveway which is on the top of hill overlooking a valley where you can see for about 10 miles. We were out there for a while so our eyes had acclimated to the dark and we were just talking and hanging out when we see a grouping of lights that kinda just looks like a low airplane but we didn’t hear anything. It was kinda headed in our direction so someone pointed it out and it wasn’t really that high in the sky. As it came our way we started to hear a humming kind of buzzing sound almost like a drone. Then as it got closer we thought it was just a drone because it had 3 green lights on and was triangular shaped. It was really dark so all we could see was the lights in town and the stars. As it kept getting closer it became apparent it wasn’t a drone because it just kept getting closer and was very large. If I had to guess I’d say 100 feet across. It very slowly made its way over us, almost seeming to slow down when it was over us. We were all just kinda of freaking out and all in amazement because none of us could explain what we were looking at. The lights weren’t overwhelmingly bright by any means and just looked like dull green lights in the corners of it’s triangular shape and no light coming from the body of the craft itself. You could only see the black silhouette of the craft blocking the stars and the dull green lights in the corner. I couldn’t make anything out on the silhouette. When it was at its closest I’d say it was probably only 100 to 150 yards above us and it wasn’t very loud, just a kind of dim, dull, hum and kind of buzzing sound almost like a drone but muffled. I’m not really a big believer of sightings and all that but I still can’t explain what we saw and all my friends who were there still talk about it. I only just heard about the site and the date I gave is definitely wrong but it was probably during that summer that we saw it. Just writing about its kinda giving me some paranoid kind of chills. Formation of 20 Orange lights, chevron in shape - could have easily been one craft as all 20 lights moved in unison. I have never seen this in person, until now - but looked exactly like the video of the Phoenix lights! Watched for about 60 seconds before running inside to get my wife - by the time we got back outside the lights had traveled over half the town and quickly began "turning off" lowest light than in perfect sync all lights until only lead light was visible. Lead light continued traveling for about 30 secs before fading quickly. Not sure if there are any airforce bases in the area, as it could have been described as flares - but in my six months of living here I've never seen any airforce activity and it would have been dropping hot flares right into the city neighborhoods - and I cannot imagine them doing this. Furthermore, the perfect sync of the lights seemed unlikely for a flare drop. Absolutely amazing to see.
