A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
My boyfriend went to take out the trash and said he called me to come outside because he said he saw something in the sky. I wanted to come take a look... Not sure what exactly he saw, but while sky watching a light appeared out of no where. If you were facing Venus (west) The light appeared underneath it to the left. The light looked like it could be a star or even a satelite if you have ever seen one moving. But it definitely wasn't. The movement was not like a satellite, where as a satellite would move slow and in pre programmed line, already knowing the direction. This light was slow, but not like a satellite. This was faster and was moving up then to the left ( south/south east ) moving with an intelligence, not just drifting or shooting through the air. It then disappeared in thin air, faded away. No cloud cover either. The same thing happened again about 10 minutes later, but was moving to the right. If you were looking at Venus, facing west, the next ! one appeared out of no where underneath Venus to the left again, and made it's way to the right ( north ) the tunred and went more diagonally up, then dissolved. What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
