The report, as filed
I was going to work at 5:30 am and noticed an extremely bright light at 223*, 35* up angle from my position. It was so bright that it captivated me and the object was not moving. I thought it was a planet and tried to pull up my star app. Before I could get it up, the light flashed 3 times and faded out. It was directly right of a star but I was unable to identify with the app .

There was like 11 individual stars from when i noticed it. Looked like a bunch of stars but they were in a straight line in groups of 3s. It was a long line spaced apart, i would imagine several miles in distance from the first to the last one. They were bright like stars but appeared low as if they were floating in the sky. It was much higher then a tall voltage line but lower then an airplane. An aircraft flew in between 2 of the points and you could tell the airplane was higher in elevation. After the plane went by then the objects started disappearing 1 by 1. Then I saw a black image shoot straight up between where the lights were, like a shooting star with no lights but going up. Then when they all disappeared, a moment later there was a white flash in the spot where the line was.

I was sitting in car waiting for the light to change when I string of lights in a straight line. At first I thought it was shooting star but it wasn’t moving so then I figured it was a comet but it was a string of about 10-15 individual lights in a row. Then they started undulating in the sky, and I looked the people in the car next to me to see if they saw it and they were looking at it too. I rolled my window down to get a photo from outside, I was able yo take a photo but then the lights just disappeared. What’s interesting is those 2 red orbs were there when I took the photo but clearly they are in the photo. Note they are not a reflection from cars of traffic lights because if took it from outside the car not inside. NUFORC: Starlink

Looked out my bay window to see a bright red orange almost fushia type hue ball of light. It was glowing and way too big to be a lantern and wasn't flickering as you would see a lantern. It moved at a steady pace from south to north then tailed downward below the tree line as I lost visual. It also appeared much closer due to the size diameter of the glow. I don't know what it was but pretty cool to see such a thing in the sky.

This is not a report but an explanation for the Minnesota lights reported on Aug 9th. If the picture is to the south, it is most definitely lights from the Mystic Lake Casino. They have a light formation that is on every night. It is in the shape of a teepee but makes the ring formation on the clouds at night. Do a google image search for "mystic lake casino lights" and you will see. I see this from my home in Prior Lake all the time as the casino is 3 miles away. Lake Minnetonka is about 15 miles to the north. If the cloud deck was unusually high that night, the lights would be visible that far north and look exactly like they do in the photos on your sight. We suspect the lights were from a casino. PD

Back of the ship was solid green while the front part was blinking red lights. It wasn't so high in the sky.
