The report, as filed
I look at the stars every night from my porch and take notice of star locations and how they move through the sky. I noticed a bright round white light too big to be a star that wasn't there around the same time the night before. The light moved in small circles, side to side, up and down and in and out. My wife came out and watched it moving also. I took some videos of it and watched it for about 20 minutes. I came inside for a minute, came back out and it was gone, yet all the other stars were where they were when I went inside.
