The report, as filed
At 05:45 heading south on rt.106 through Leeds noticed bright object in south east sky, at my 10 0'clock position. Object was very bright, too bright for a star, and appeared as two fixed amber lights side by side. Object was moving in a north direction. I pulled over by some corn fields to watch as object continued to move. from time to time it appeared to stop. then object went black after a couple of seconds object reappeared but as a single white strobe flashing quickly. It continued north. I watched it for another 5 minutes, then left.
