Light over Boscawen, NH

A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.

The report, as filed

I saw a bright light in the sky. Too small to be the moon, too big to be a star and too close to be a planet. It was stationary for a minute and then began to move. As I watched a second, not as bright light whizzed by it. I rolled down my car window but there were no noises to indicate that it was a plane or helicopter. As I began to drive home, a bit shaken by what I had seen, I kept my eyes on the sky. The crafts either flew in the same direction as me of there was more than two of them because I saw them for a good 20 minutes of my commute home from work. I have three pictures of the first one I saw.

Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #153007). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
