we observed green and red blinking light UFO, hovering for approximatley 20 seconds and then moved horizontally in a very swift manner. Seemed to be very hight but also could hear audible sound. It moved from side to side then disspeared as it descended. then repeated that pattern . Very eerie and very obvious not a airplane . Pines resport over Bass Lake California hoping someone else saw this
