The report, as filed
I was standing on the backyard of my house. I've noticed a red, large, round light moving from behind the tree from west towards the east. It was a very bright red ball with a hint of the orange and yellow inside. The shape of it was slightly elongated towards the direction it was moving to. Initially it was moving slow and it was large and clear. I would compare the size of it to the soccer ball held on the stretched out arm. There was no sound. It started moving faster with growing distance. By the time I ran into the house and grabbed my phone if was disappearing. I took a short video but it seems like a star.

Was on my deck. Saw two orbs like fireballs moving slowly. As they went over a hole, I lost view and then noticed a third. I then sent the two reappear and noticed a black balloon or parachute type of object descending.

Multiple flashing lights not moving very quickly from my vantage point. Seemed to be in a formation. Lights flashed very bright even in the daylight. Objects seemed to be at a far distance.

I went out back in my yard to let out the dogs to relieve themselves before bed. I looked up and saw an object traveling NE from the Schuylkill river area. I would estimate it to be at about 8 to 10 feet high. It appeared as an orange circular object that was orange in color and had a glow. The bottom is where I could see the 3 orange illuminated triangles. At first I thought it might be one of those memorial bags that are lit. However it was traveling way to fast and in the wrong direction for that. I thought it might be a plane but it was half the size and made no noise. There was a plane nearby to the south and I could clearly see its blinking lights. This object showed no blinking lights. I manged to get my phone out to record it before it went behind some clouds. I didn't notice any change in speed or direction of this object.

I saw two lights that looked like stars or aircraft flying in formation to the northwest when I walked outside to at around 5:55 am EST. I observed them for a minute trying to figure out what the were, thinking military craft because I could see they were slowly moving in formation. I leaned over (to put something down) looked up again and they were completely gone. They were slightly bluish like Sirius or Venus and about the brightness of Venus, or slightly less bright. This is my first actual UFO sighting.

First appeared as elongated white light then changed to object displaying 3 lights: 1 white 1 green 1 red. When it was almost overhead the 3 lights changed into 4 white lights in a diamond pattern. Photos were taken that show a craft of some type under the lights when I zoomed in on images.

While unloading my trunk of shopping bags, I noticed 4 blinking lights in the horizon towards the Elmwood Zoo area. The lights were all red in a curved line blinking in no specific order. Looks like the lights could have been the side of a saucer shape, but I did not see a craft. I watched for a few minutes then went inside and told my husband. A few minutes later he came outside and looked acknowledged what I saw and wanted to go back in. I often sky gaze looking for the most mysterious things but he could not deny this one. They were not that high either, maybe as high as a helicopter or a drone plane which I had seen twice in the last month locally here. I have never seen drone planes here before. It could have been a tall structure that I don't know about, but I doubt it. I have lived here for 3 years, and have never seen the lights before. Also it was a very clear night sky with a big bright moon, very cool. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
