The report, as filed
I was outside facing the east at 230am. I was looking at the sky and at first I thought it was a star but it was much brighter. I noticed it would move back and forth and fad. It was much brighter then a star. I went back outside around 530am and it was still there and I could really notice it was moving up and down back and forth. When I went back out at 6am, it was gone.
