The report, as filed
I was taking out the trash when I noticed a bright yellow/white circular object hovering above my neighbors’s house. It appeared to be about the size of a softball and no bigger than a basketball. As soon as I looked at it, it moved in a straight line at a high rate of speed, and then vanished after traveling roughly 100 feet. While moving, the object looked like a shooting star, but was only about 60 feet above the ground. It made no noise.

After I stopped the the car, my boyfriend and I got out to get a better look. He said it was boomerang shaped behind the glow. It made no sound and eventually just disappeared.

I was on 2nd story of work office looking out window, so I had pretty clear view...looked like helicopter but was rectangular in shape, almost like a flying box...had noise of helicopter. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
