Light over White Plains, KY
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
At first, I thought it might have been a helicopter or a plane with large lights, but then I thought that lights from an airplane cycle through red and white lights and there was no noise coming from the object. I know a helicopter at a far enough distance can’t be heard but they were coming in from the southeast and heading northwest past my area and at the closest distance I still couldn’t hear anything from the flying object. As it passed by I saw another one and then another, after about fifteen minutes I ended up counting out 13 of these crafts flying the same direction but in a kind of two lane type pattern. The closest I could guess I saw these crafts was more than a mile and I’ve heard helicopters when there were well past a mile and flying away from my vicinity. I’m not sure if anyone else has claimed to have saw them or even if I actually saw them but I was outside with my cousin at the time and she saw them with me, so maybe. Anyway I just wanted to report in my possible findings and hope that there is some truth to what I saw.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
