UFO sighting Summer 2019 I was walking in my neighborhood with my boyfriend. He was ahead of me and turned around to talk to me and something caught his eye over my right shoulder. I turned to look and I saw five lights (4 white lights and 1 red light) in the air flying directly over the houses on my street. These five lights were in (what I am going to call) a formation that suggested they should have been attached to a passenger airplane. The lights came from the east and flew low over the houses on my street. They were very close to me but there was no sound and I could tell that they were not coming from a commercially available drone, or any other drone-device that I know of. The space between the lights, in which I would have expected to see the body of an airplane, was empty. There was no visible structure holding these lights in their relative formation. I could see the sky and mountains behind them. The lights flew past me from east to west and then turned in unison toward the northwest and flew over another city before disappearing into the distance. When I finally looked at my boyfriend to get his reaction, he was just staring at the spot the lights disappeared. I asked him “Did you see what I saw?” and he responded by saying, “Where was the plane?” At that point we talked about what he both saw and agreed that we saw the same thing. We agreed that for lack of a better explanation, we had seen an invisible passenger airplane, or something pretending to be one. Description of backgrounds of observers: Observer 1: Male, 43, work history is mainly office work. Has developmental disability, but is primarily functional. Criminal record involves speeding tickets, nothing more. No history of mental illness, other than their developmental disability. Observer 2: Female, 30, work history involves customer service work and later became a nurse. Excellent grades in nursing school, and was well liked among co-workers and peers. Criminal record is nonexistent. Mental health history involves depression and anxiety.
