Dual White lights, about 10 pairs high up in the sky and then others were moving closer along the sky and flashing, appeared to be closer to ground and over the wall nj area

On October 24th 2015, I was sitting near a window around 7pm when I saw strange orange glowing object flying in the sky followed by 2 more. They did not look like planes nor helicopters. There was no sound either. I called my family to see and then 3 more came when the previous vanished in the sky. After 10 minutes again we saw just one more and then it stopped.
