The report, as filed
My friends and I were returning home, traveling north on Rte 54 (Patriot Freeway). At about 3:01 pm I noticed a fighter jet taking off from Biggs Airfield at Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX. As I watched it ascend, it began to turn East away from me as it climbed rapidly. I thought its flight path unusual, and continued to watch it ascend towards a bank of clouds above it. The jet turned so sharply that its wings were vertical to the ground as it made a U-turn back towards the South. Then I noticed an object hovering just below the clouds over Biggs Army Airfield. I recognized it as a UAP or UFO, and grabbed my cell phone camera. It took me a few seconds to get the camera operating. By that time the jet was rapidly closing the gap with the UAP. In response, the UAP began to back up and move away from the approaching jet. I was stunned! I aimed my camera and pushed the shutter button, but my cell phone camera did not respond fast enough. Suddenly both the UAP and jet both disappeared. The photograph time is 3:03 pm, taken just after the jet and UAP disappeared. I asked my friend, who was driving, and he said he didn't see it. He is an audio witness to my sighting. I have no idea what happened to that jet. The picture shows the scene with the distant Hueco Tanks Mountains and sacred Cero Alto Mountain (tallest) in the background to the East. The picture recorded the date and time of the photograph, and even GPS location of our car at 3,000 Gateway North Boulevard (access road to the Patriot Freeway). Visibility was excellent at 10 miles. I overlaid the photo with an image of what type of UAP/UFO I saw and the type of jet, as best as I could make out from four miles away (map distance). I added dots to mark the path of the jet as it made a high-angle U-turn towards the UAP/UFO. I posted this picture and account on my Facebook profile, and had a number of responses. Ted Roe of NARCAP made an interesting comment: T. R. (NARCAP) My guess.... plane was too close when the ufo bolted, inside the envelope when it jumped. Probably carried the plane with it to where ever it was when it stopped... F18.... I watched one pursuing an object that appeared to be 2 silver spheres connected with a thin bar.... it left instantaneously but the plane wasn't that close.

At 5:50 pm, me and two witnesses saw red and blue blinking lights outside my sister's apartment hovering rock solid still, approximately 600 feet in the sky. We watched it and were amazed at how still it was. My friend said it looked like it was on a tower. But there are no towers near there. After about 5 minutes, we decided to leave and see if we could get closer. But as we walked toward my car, it took off at tremendous speed and was a solid, luminous blue as it flew away. There was never any sound. Could not see a solid object while it hovered. It looked solid blue when it took off. The shape seemed oval while it flew away. I did shoot it as it hovered, but if course, it was gone way too fast to whip my phone out again to get it while it flew away. My buddy was blown away and says he's a believer now. I don't know if my sister caught it taking off as she was leaving for another location. She called that location to tell them to film using a DSLR HD camera with a good zoom lens. I doubt they caught it.

Afternotice thing when appeared to be a star in the sky. During the daylight, it seemed like there was maybe 2 very close together. Or one with to separate reflective points. That made it easy to see. I assume then with my camera 30 times and I could see that they're definitely was to separate. Reflective spots on it, but it appeared to be changing shape and color with every picture. Usually, it looks silver but then it looked pink that's covered in a reflection of the sunlight I don't know, but it did not move, so it doesn't seem to me to be something using lyft to fly cause it would need to move. Couldn't have been a satellite because again. It was stationary and it was daylight. Strange that it was above a military base. I do also have more pictures than the 4. I'm allowed to upload on this page.

2 lights were noticed together like Mars & a star would usually appear. Larger iron-reddish one to the right. But, I immediately noticed the smaller star, which was to the left, was too close to the larger than Mars is usually seen if Mars were out. So, I found myself keeping watching. Suddenly, the larger light one to the right expanded to a larger glowing light. I couldn't believe it. I started waking up my son. He was not waking up, I frantically told him, there is a real UFO, wake up. The two lights SUDDENLY completely left the atmosphere - like they pulled out of it extremely quickly, backward. 1 lights, looked like Mars & smaller star too close. Larger one expanded. They disappeared instantly. Suddenly, a large similar beautiful glowing large light appeared through the atmosphere over to the right of where the other two had been, but higher up than the first time. Then another same sized light came through the atmosphere to that one's left. Then another, coming in at different times than the other but one right after the other until there were a total of 5 that appeared next to each other. How beautiful I thought, but what a crazy thing, 'right there.' Is this Armageddon I wondered? Why is this happening right there? I was looking at the cars in front of me wondering what are they thinking, but got really loud now trying to wake my son up - it was serious. Suddenly, they started disappearing instantly again - my son opened his eyes, he said he saw the last one leave. This was I-25 around about mile marker 140 heading towards Las Cruces NM from El Paso. I had just left El Paso and was not clear of El Paso yet Aug. 31, 2023, my birthday. I will never forget this. The objects were size-changing lights with instant disappearance and instant reappearances - BEAUTIFUL. There were absolutely no aircraft in the vicinity, no clouds. I wondered if another country had advanced technology using reverse engineering on UFOs to hurt us. What a trip. There is nothing like this experience.

Bright like Venus with a cloud surround moved rapidly and then the cloud expanded and dissapeared like the object blew up and disintegrated. Just one bright object. The sky clear with stars visable. Falcon 9 Starlink-101 (6-11) SpaceX SLC-40, Cape Canaveral SFS [NUFORC annotation: Rocket - Certain]

It seemed to have smaller lights on the edge, try to stop to get video but it disappeared very fast. No sound. If you contact me by any chance please do so in spanish

We saw about 30 bright lights in the western el paso sky, and by time we wanted to take video they disappeared. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]
